An Annoying Outlook issue..I need help with plz.

With my outlook, about 90% of the time, through out the day, will not have any form of spell check..
and then it will kick in for a few emails, then cut out.

I have checked the web for the standard answers about having everything checked in option, it's not that.
I used CC to clean my Reg, that didn't help.
I reinstalled, but couldn't find it under uninstall programs to uninstall first.

Any suggestions?

Does it kick in if you hit F7 while writing an email?

Edit: I think Outlook uses Word for spell checking, so you may want to make sure both are up to date.
