Anarip problems error when send to print file

Is anyone got the new anarip 2.5 for the anajet mpower i5.
Im having lots of problems error when im sending print to file.
And thats on my laptop with windows 7. My desktop i have windows xp.
And i loaded it printed about 12 shirts.
Then i got and error closed program. And now it will not open it gives me a app. Error.
