Anti-Graffiti Laminate Question

Is it necessary to use regular laminate on top of printed (eco-sol) reflective vinyl if you're going to use an anti-graffiti laminate? In other words, do you double lam or just use the anti-graffiti lam?

I just got anti-graffiti unless the customer also wants a uv protection. Then double lam with the anti graffiti on the top.
