I'm looking to build a rather large shed at my personal residence. It's going to be 16'-40', and I need somebody to create a detailed plan to submit to the local building office.

If anybody here does this type of work and is familiar with building codes, I'm willing to hire you!

If you buy a pole barn kit they come with plans. Buying a kit is cheaper than buying everything separte. We put up a 90x120 shed for our farm. We bought it from Wick, installed price was cheaper than us getting all the material and doing it ourselves. And it was up in about one week.

$85K installed 90x120 16' walls, two walk in doors, two windows, one 10' insulated roll up door and one 16' sliding door.
