We've started seeing these faint stripes running about 30"-36" up on a 4'x8' sheet on our ION Solara as well as what look like encoder strip errors at the same point on prints a little while ago.
We know about the banding and its because one of our Cyan heads is failing and we're just waiting for the tech to come replace it.
These stripes and the offset to printing occurs no matter what material, profile or print setting we use. They always run the entire length of the print and are maybe an inch or so apart starting at 30" in from the basepoint.
