Any patent holders / applicants on S101?

Just curious if anybody here is a patent holder or has applied for a patent. I'm in the early stages of getting a few projects ready for review, and I have numerous questions.

I'd be interested in opening some dialogue if anybody would be so inclined.

I've been in contact with a patent attorney. But like sales people, they have a tendency to tell you what you want to hear. I'd like to hear some bare-bones truth from somebody who's been there and done that.
