Any Roland technicians please take a look VS640 print quality issue

Hi,
Any advice/pointers welcome as you can see in the link the problem has been greatly improved but I'd like to get it spot on if possible, thanks for taking a look and your time.

What is the media being used? Have you tried other medias?

Hi, thanks for getting back too me, this media is Hexis HX3000WG2 I've also tried Image Perfect IP2537PA same results using Rolands generic 1B profile.

Do you have any Oracal or similar with the proper profile to try? Just in case it's a media/profile issue...
(I am not a Roland tech)

No I don't have any oracle but I do have the Hexis profile I'll give that a test and see what I get
