Any Techs in the DFW?

We are looking for any available techs here in Dallas.
We bought a JP1 which is basically a Mutoh printer and replaced a print head but can not get any ink to come out of it.
We have replaced dampers, fuses, pulled ink out with syringes and still nothing. The sales guy we bought from no longer is there and the tech is located in Canada.
Please let me know anyone that you know.
