Any way to get fonts that were on the old Microsoft Works Program?

Hello,, I recently upgraded from windows Vista to windows 8.1 and now I cannot open my files that I created with Microsoft works. Windows 8 will not read them.
I called Microsoft and they said there is no way for windows 8 to read them.
Well I don't know what t do about that but If I could just get the fonts that were in Microsoft works it would help a lot.
Is there any where I could get something like that ? Thanks

What fonts are you looking for?.....My best guess is that most would already be on your system.....

Have you tried Microsoft Works 6-9 File Converter ?

I have downloaded 6-9 file converter but it does not open the file correctly.
It will open it but it does not have it right
My problem is I use corel draw but when It opens , it does not bring up the correct fonts. so my file is no good.
