Need Help Anybody have some 3M 1170 Red Transparent DOT overlay film?

Have a long time aviation fuel supplier client, that asked for an estimate 5/2022 for around $2000 in aluminum reflective signs.....
Now 10 months later, they appear to be ready to make an order..... for Qty 1 - 12x18

Anybody have the Red Transparent DOT 1170 Vinyl that could bill me to cut, weed, tape and ship the needed the vinyl?
