Got a critical error on my Epson and had an uncertified repair tech that was working on my Canon 660xt (which I am selling if anyone is interested). He’s certified for Canon but didn’t tell me he wasn’t Epson certified. Well, he removed my main board to attempt service to the board, and his “Fix” didn’t work. When I called Epson to tell them I needed help, they informed me that because I had a non Epson certified tech touch the machine they will no longer service the machine! I was blown away, and of course upset with the tech. His company sent me a replacement board, but won’t come out to install it. So, I have the giant machine that is just sitting here: I don’t know how to install the board and set it up so I’m thinking of just selling it cheap to someone that has this skill set. The best would be to fix it of course. Any advice?
