Anybody know where to get this sign stake?

I have a real estate customer need these signs stakes.
Looks like 1/4in or 3/8in round rod welded together that stick in the ground.
They attach coroplast real estate signs to them.

From looking at photo the sign stand looks like it's around 3ft tall x 10in to 12in wide
