It would be easier to use a payroll service such as ADP. Makes taxes easier and w-2's are done automatically and there is almost never mistakes . There are others also .

Depends on what service you have with them. They do have GPS based mobile clock in and desktop based clock in apps.

Hmm...cool. Didn't know that.
We don't have too much issue... trust based time sheets for the hourly workers. I write down when someone is excessively tardy.... most will stay an extra 10-15 minutes on their own if they come in that late.
