Anyone deal with American print consultants

I had the worst experience today ever. American print consultants sent a tech out he was going to be here at 11 he didn’t show up until 1 I understand stuff happens and I wish that was the end of the story but it’s not. He changed out my CR Board on my xpertjet 1641sr then went to install a new head that I had on hand and jacked everything up. First he stripped the screws on the old head and needed my help to get them out. Then he disconnected the ink lines wrong and ink went everywhere. He then pulled the cover that goes over the head it’s a hard plastic piece and broke the clip and the top and cracked it and his response was sorry it will be fine like that. I then had to help him put the new head in when he was having trouble and he got ink all over the new heads motherboard and asked me to hook up the ink lines because he didn’t know how they go. Long story short he left my house a mess didn’t clean anything up and I had to contact the company to get a resolution to the issue. They still charged me a grand for this guy it’s sad to see. Their response was he is a good tech just not a lot of experience on mutoh printers. Why in the world would you send someone out that has little experience on a 2 year old printer and jack everything up. Thankfully another tech is coming Friday to fix his mess but it’s absolutely pathetic and I still have to pay that techs travel time.
