Anyone do personalized document holders?

Does anyone make or could refer me to anyone that makes personalized document holders. I suppose that is what they are called? They are the holders that insurance agencies traditionally hand out for storage of document like your registration and insurance cards.

We used Navitor to make document foldesr for a local car dealership. It was a folder style envelope that had expansion gussets on the sides and a business card slit on the inside pocket, and it was printed in full color.
