Anyone experienced with HD2018/2020 software?

It's the software that runs Chinese EMC controllers. Have a customer with a double sided that we are having trouble figuring out how to configure. It currently operates as one really long wrap around sign. I know there is a way to set 2 zones so we can send content to both sides separately
