I am trying to find this font. Or something very similar. I can't find anything very close. Wondering if maybe this was a hand lettered sign.

Yes it's hand rendered, take a close look at the strokes of the F as well as the ends of the letters. Unsure why one would take the time to "backwards" the T though.
