Anyone here whole-sell embroidery or T-shirt screen printing?

I sub-out embroidered hats, polo shirts & screen printed T-Shirts, but
it has gotten to where the local vendors never meet the timeline they promised, never call me when
the stuff is ready to be picked up.
I would prefer to buy the apparel from the vendor have it shipped to you, I will provide approved
art and embroidery files or vector art for the screen printing. I will also provide a shipping label.

If anyone has a vendor they know of and would PM me, I would appreciate it.
