Anyone know what Font this is?

Local Fire Department received two trucks that has a different font and I am having issues with finding this on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that printed or is there a laminate over the all the lettering? Just curious since I see a line around the lettering.

ITCSymbolStd-Bold and Fire Ladder 12 were stated to be used as a close enough replacement.

I can't find the font on What the Font

There is a company that does these when they build the trucks. That is 22K gold under the lam. Not sure why they do it that way.
