Anyone know which vendor(s) produce Allstate signs?

I need to replace the pan faces in an old Allstate sign. They are an odd size (4' x 9') and have 2 radius corners and 2 regular corners.

I thought it might be cheaper for me to buy them from someone who makes them regularly, because all of my suppliers will have to make a new mold for something they probably won't be able to use again.
