Need Help Anyone knows a font that looks similar to this?

I need to reproduce that sign and that text was hand painted, my only choice other than tracing the text manually, is to find a good similar font and convince my client that it's good enough. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Oh, that's the exact same font, I was hoping the hand drawn text was copied from an actual font. Thanks a lot for pointing that one out! You just saved me a lot of complications on that job!
