Anyone recognize this print problem on a Mimaki JV3?

Wasn't paying attention and got this print on a Mimaki JV3. Nothing prints when I do a test print. Does anyone recognize what problem this might indicate?

Thanks for your insight. Guesses were cables between slider/heads, slider board, slider-to-main board cables and main board. I turned off the machine with my blood pressure sky-rocketing; later I went back and turned it on, thought I'd do a clean because it could be awhile before it gets fixed. I hit test print and I got a good print, so I sent the file through and it printed perfectly. I'm guessing something went wrong between the pc and the printer, so it printed a corrupt file.

Wasted a completely good diaper.

You dodged a bullet by the sounds of things..but I can assure you the mainboard causes that problem..
you may have had a boot failure and the reboot worked properly the second time
