They are great. It's where a lot of resellers get their parts. You won't have any issue with them. Standard shipping time is about 3-4 days once shipped out via fedex air.

For a first time buy, I wouldnt do 1600.00. I d do a test buy with one item alot less to see how it goes.

We have bought small tools and media from them and are going to be ordering equipment soon. They are reputable so far and ship/stand behind their products.

Talk about nervous my first order was for 6 dx4 print heads.
A Roland Orignal head board new They also sell there copy of the head board for less
The Epson DX 4 head is orig Epson is the only one who makes them.
head rank cant be shipped with head this is regulated by the dealer no out of country sales.
other wise its the same head as sold here in the usa

I placed my order on Wednesday, Fedex sent me a notification that my printheads will arrive Friday. I'm not sure how this is possible for the 16 dollars shipping but we will see. (Will update)

Most Chinese companies pay far less for shipping. We had 5,000 flags shipped from China for $6/box 2 day air. It was over 100 boxes

I ordered Mardi Gras beads directly from China last year. It was cheaper to ship them 7000 miles from China than it was to ship them 150 miles across Alabama.

Success!! New printheads installed. They didn't come ready to work I had to take parts off the ones I was replacing...but no biggie. Ordered on Wednesday they arrived the following Monday morning.
I kind of feel a little bad about the US distributors, who would have probably shipped me ready to go heads for 200 more each.
