Anyone use the Onyx ProductionHouse Layout tool?

I have tried to use the Layout tool that comes with Onyx 11,
and it seems to be almost useless, very slow and not user friendly at all.

Before I spend too much time trying to figure it out, I thought I would see what other users thought of it.
Anyone like it?

It's an antiquated system that is only used for a few industries now. They don't support or update it any more and I was told to avoid it... which sucks because it's a better way to nest images since the standard rip is not very good.
