We purchased one in November of last year. So far we like the quality. If you do a lot of short run projects it will go through a fair amount of material for the leader down into the dryer. Also we have had to switch a few substrates (mainly banner) that was older and wouldn't accept the resin ink well. We looked at this as well as the HP Latex but liked the color gamut much better on the Roland. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions.
