Applique for the first time.

I'm kind of excited after I did my first applique "job".
Always wanted to try applique and finally did it. I think it came out pretty nice.
Did it as a sample, "self promo" piece on a soft shell jacket from Ash City.
Hopefully it will turn some heads around town.

Used my Graphtec to cut the twill and sewn on Toyota 9000

I usually get applique for baby apparel more then anything.

For just a couple I will trim the pattern in place at the machine, but if there are more I'll either use the Roland or if the machines are free, I'll either use the Barudan or the Brother with a boring function on them.
