We have a recurring problem with our Arizona Flatbed (no that's not a joke)
I'll start a print, usually a nozzle check and the gantry head will move to the opposite end of the gantry rail, sit there for 2-3, 5 seconds then it will beep and go back to home position. Sometimes it will print a single pass of black and white on the nozzle check and then error out. We have a short video of this.
I've tricked this error by selecting pause as soon as it gets to the opposite end of the gantry rail, I maybe do this twice and can get the printer to start printing again but this time it's not working.
I've wiped down the rail with alcohol and the gold strip behind the metal band that the head travels with.
Anyone run into this before, if so what was the fix?
Thank you -
