Arlon 4570

Having problems with printing on Arlon 4570 X-Scape. Using a Roland SC540, Media 1 ink, (eco Sol), and keep getting what appears to be slight lines across the printed area. Have cleaned the heads, (3 times), still no difference. Have tried a different number of Arlon, can't find a number on it anywhere, but it prints perfectly. Called vendor, was told it was static. Don't know about that, but after 80 of these prints, would static be a problem yet? Prints are about 17" X 13".
