ASI Flexi Production Manager

I have the HP 315 latex - i use ASI Flexi Production Manager.
I had a slight jam as it started printing. cleared ithe jam and resent. But now, everytime i resend the file, it goes up to the RIP then the PRINT screen. And about 20 seconds later it disappears without beginning to print.

Is there a workaround to this?

I'm thinking internal reset. I have shut down and restarted both computer and printer without being able to print.

I called HP and they said i have a perpetual license and need to upgrade to a subscription for 92/month. Once on it...no going back. So that's not a great option for me.

Thanks for any insight.

Flexi has a glitch where the port reverts back to its default randomly. Check the port in the printer setup and make sure it's correctly set.

To reset Flexi, use the preference manager and load the default one. Flexi works most of the times perfectly.
After reset, need to add your printers and cutters.

Probably not related but If you have a cut on the print make sure flexi didn't default to send Contour job only.

SAi Production Manager/Printer driver is corrupted.

Solution:
Uninstall and reinstall SAi Production Manager.

================================================
Which version of SAi Production Manager is it and on which Windows version is it installed?

I have an HP365 and called ASI for an upgrade, (license from HP) and they asked us to pay about $950 to upgrade, I said, no, I will keep using Onyx.
