Attn: Seiko ColorPainter 64S users

I have owned a Seiko for 2 1/2 yrs. Generally I have liked the machine. It has taken my business to a whole new level. I would like to hear from other Seiko owners their experiences with the following (or any other thoughts):

1. Inks (costs, VOC's, non OEM - Triangle, etc.)
2. Take up reel (rarely can I have it take up a full roll of 164' media)
- I have checked allignment, sensors,skewing, running out of ink
etc.
3. Reliability
4. Service contract issues
any other misc. thought anyone has.

great machine. I've had it for around 7 years no. minor problems, excellent results.
