Audley 6090 uv printer - no ink on nozzle test, hot board

Hello,

I have an Audley 6090 uv printer with two DX5 printheads.
1. At nozzle test there is no ink, but on flush the ink flow.
2. The mainboard is getting hot after nozzle test.
3. UV lamps does not start at nozzle test, but they starts on power on the machine.

Any help or technical manual?
