I disagree too. Dave is pretty easy to deal with, let him know your side.
I had 3 months free wrap design on my website, but customers are too lazy, and want custom. So it it did not work out, but Dave is still cool with us, and how it turned out.

WOW! I just read the other thread on aurora. I have not used much of their graphics except some cheap backfills that are way easier to buy than create.
I just seen a wrap that was all aurora fills and graphics on a pick up that stopped at the lights right beside me. Another sign/wrap shop. I just laughed his color was so far off, tiling was off, but giv'er gett'er done.
Still had no reflection on aurora or any other company selling in the box graphics. It is what we do with them!
