hi, I don't know what happened to my machine. it used to switch automatically from printing to cutting on its own. but now, it prints the job & goes offline (local). if I hit remote, it continues on its merry way with the job & cuts it. everything I have tried on the machine & on the software that says "auto cut" means it cuts the job off the roll when cutting is done. but I can't seem to get it to print & cut together & stay online. any suggestions? thanks!
