Auto serial numbering in Flexi

Say you were doing door sign for Bob's Hotel. The top of the sign would read "Bob's Hotel", the bottom of the sign would read "Room #1".

What is the procedure from within Flexi to recreate this sign with sequential numbers, say from 1 to 100? I know I've seen this function before, just can't remember how to do it.
