Average press operator pay?

Might be a weird question but just wondering what you would consider average or fair pay for a press operator. We have expanded and I need to hire a new operator for our Acuity HS Flatbed. Right now I am running it (Production Manager) and it has turned into a full time job. My current press operators are button pushers. I know what to pay a button pusher. I need someone who can think as well as push buttons. How much do you offer to get a thinker?
