Just had my pinch rollers replaced, apparently they have been cracked for some time. Now that my contour cutting is dead on, another issue has cropped up, Avery 1005 is buckling and I'm getting head strikes. I'm guessing that before, the pinch rollers were allowing the material to slip slightly, thus it stayed smooth. I tested several materials before the tech left, but we were in 'service mode' with no heaters on.
So, my question is, what heater and dryer settings is everybody running with this material? I figure I will have to slightly tweak for my individual environment, but I'm just looking for a starting point.
