Back painting ADA non glair acrylic

Im backpainting 1/8" non-glair acrylic with sherwin williams Lattitude paint. I want to add a cast vinyl layer over the paint to protect the paint outdoors. We're then attaching that to an aluminum backer plate with 3m double tape and two part epoxy adhesive, any thoughts on how it will last? Is the epoxy overkill, there 3"x4" not heavy, just don't want the tape to fail overtime.

we use 3M VHB tape outdoor without too much worry, lasts a long time but there is a bit of a setup time. For small pieces like yours just the tape is fine, for larger pieces we'll combine with silicone sealant.
