Has anyone else received these rolls. About every 18 inches into the roll there is about a 4 inch run across the roll that doesn't print right?

Yep. I found this on some of the original IJ180 as well. Not sure what the deal is but I just keep sending it back until I get a good roll. It's become a pain in the butt since I've had it happen on about every other roll I order. John

I got two in a row, so now they sent me one from a different state so hopefully I have better luck now.

I've ordered from two different vendors with the same problems so it's probably a widespread problem. John

We go through about a roll each or both 48" and 54" 180c here daily and about a roll per week of the 180cv3, but we only use it in 36" widths for a certain customer.
Never had that kind of trouble that I can recall.

what about heat

never had a problem with Arlon 6000XRP. Less expensive than 180cv3 as well.

after reading your advise I checked out the cost on fellers and they indicate not to use heat during application. what's your experience?

I've been dealing with their laminate separating from the adhesive and shrinking 1+ inches on all sides. Their supposed cast 8508 seems to be anything but.

that's their calendared overlaminate.
8519/20 is 3M's cast overlam
