banding in prints

hey guys, using a roland 54" ink printer, been getting banding lately. I've tried cleaning it multiple times. It does it in blue, then I clean it and it does it in greys. have any clue?

And when have you had it serviced? Captops etc.

The calibration test? I did that and it's spot on.

yes calibration test and there is also a bi-directional test check that also
one gives you vertical lines that need to line up and the other gives you two black boxes and they need to line up properly also

try cleaning the encoder strip sometimes that can screw stuff up also.
after that you may need to get a tech in there

On my new Mimaki jv300 plus I had this through flexi and it was media compensation.

Thank you, I ran both tests and seems to line up well. Ran another manual cleaning and will try cleaning the encoder strip. I appreciate the help

In the print profile I changed the media compensation to 30
