Banner 4 Disproportionate measurement

Hello everybody,i was wondering if anyone else have this problem with RipCenter Onyx
If im tryin' to print the top speed 18m2/h my picture is not centerd and scaled corectly
How can i print in banner 4 mode,4 passes bi...its a shame i waste to much time on banners

Sounds like your printer doesn't know exactly where the print head is at full speed. I'd clean both encoder strips. The one on the media feed roller on the left side of the machine is often neglected.

the encoder seems to be clean,i only have this problem when i chose MD 720X720,when is in 720 without MD the image is centered perfect
Do you think is the MD printing mode that disproportionate the image across the media?
