first time printing banner material (13oz matte banner)
should I change head height?
and any other setting change need??

use the SPVC profile and leave the head height at normal.

Ive used the Spvc profile and change the height high and worked out fine for me... Havent tried it on the lower setting for the head height but im sure it will give u a nice result as Jasonx has said

I generally run 13oz with head on high, but I might just be paranoid.

I have printed a boatload of 13 oz with the head on the low setting & never had a problem yet & the prints look better also

I'll run my next few 13oz on low head height then and see how it goes for my machine.
