banner rack ideas?

hi everyone,

I stock 4' raw 14oz banner material that I hem and grommet myself for some of my smaller jobs. what I would love to know is if you all know where to find a banner rack to hold it for easy cutting off the roll.... whether is be on the floor or wall ....whether it be custom or store bought....it is pretty heavy to have to lift on my table every time I need to cut some off.....my shop is TINY and I just not sure what is out there - I did a google search and found little

Here is a layout I have used before. It's just 2x4' with holes drilled and steel pipes.

that is how it was set up at a shop i worked in AZ.. but instead of having hole there where angled slots so you could just slide out the banner rolls.
