Banner Stand Replacement Parts

I have a customer that has a dual banner stand that has two single sided retractable banners. It is about 32" wide or so. I have looked it over for markings or a brand name and haven't had any luck. They are looking for a replacement piece. I am attaching pictures of the piece needed. Anyone recognize the piece or if it can be purchased?

It's pretty hard to say, there are so many manufacturers of these type of system: Ultima, Para-graf, Octanorm.... even the chinese are making cheap version of the originals. If you post a picture of the base, maybe I can identify it.

I'm not sure if ultimadisplays is the OEM, but Orbus sells the same products, and they are in the USA.
