Best Adhesive Remover for lighted sign Graphics

Hey everyone I was wondering what would be the best adhesive remover for the the front of lighted signs. I have a client that had already removed the old graphics themselves without any heat and left a lot of adhesive behind that I need to clean up this weekend before applying the new stuff. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
