Best material for retractable banners

I like Catapult Launch's Phoenix Retractable... it's not glossy, has an interesting texture and doesn't scratch like the standard polypropylene. I know other vendors carry similar things as well.

Ultraflex - 15oz - Curl Free - Super Smooth

If your printing with Latex I would stay away from anything Ultraflex. They have a big problem with plasticizer coming to the surface with most of their banner media.

We use Grimco's RollUp. It's better than some stuff I've seen at tradeshows. My only complaint is the occasional spot or discoloration on the gray back. I just saw some black backed retractables and they were pretty nice. Looked like a smooth banner material. Probably that bantex 10oz.

I find that fabric is easier in retractable banners, but also any stay flat banner materials (anti-curl)
