Best wall covering solution?

My client want to put wall covering on their day care center.
She is expecting something last longer, not temporary. She mentioned her current wall paper(stock wall paper was 15 years old and colors still look good and it didn't feeled off. I am not sure if vinyl last 10 years without fading and feeled off by itself.
So, should I go with printable wall paper or vinyl?
Any recommendation on brand of wall paper or vinyl?
Also, if I choose to go with wall paper, should I laminate it like vinyl?
I appreciate any advice.

Lexjet makes a good solvent or latex printable wallcovering.

Dreamscape has an entire line of products, many finishes, as well as an after-application coating that results in a VERY tough surface.
