best way to handle plastic roll

I'm wondering what is the best way to handle 80" or 100" plastic rool.
Feeding to table saw or CNC router.
Any sugestions from those who had to deal with these ? I found Power Roller but I'm wondering if there is a better way to handle these 3500 lbs monsters.
