I joined a company that has an Avery Traffic Jet Mutoh 1638x recently and they have been having issues with black drop out for over 6 months. Avery has not been able to provide very qualified techs for this machine in the past so we decided to call the pros at Solvent Inkjet to have them look it over. The tech, Craig, came out to swap our dampers and look everything over, finding that the maintenance station was not installed properly during it's replacement; Our machine has been working great ever since and we are now able to run it a full 8-12 hours a day as opposed to about 4-6 before. Not just myself, but our entire department and sales staff are thrilled to have our printer back to 100%.
