Had an issue with my xr-640 No fault of tyrelltech at all!! After a good bit troublshooting the problem,came to a resolution... They paid for a roll of vinyl and a complete inkset to replace what I had used up.. First class operation all the way!!! Dan Ramm is the tech that help us out..
