Black band printed by my dx7 printhead in mutoh 1624

Hello, everyone. I am from Colombia. Thank you for letting me be part of your community.

I have a Mutoh VJ1624 printer with dx7 printhead, and I just installed a new printhead this week, but after some nozzle tests, this big black band appears in the adhesive, and after the printhead blows up, the printer works normally but doesn't inject any ink.

Has someone passed for the same issue? What have I do? What could be the issue? The printhead died?

Many questions I have!!
